Aman Environmental Construction was contracted to perform the complete demolition and soil remediation activities at the Toppan Electronics former circuit board manufacturing facility located at San Diego, CA.
Project highlights included: below grade demolition, excavation, dust control, universal waste removal, backfill, capping of utilities, and offsite disposal of construction debris.
The building was eventually underpinned to allow excavation under the existing footings. Only the interior of the production areas in the back third of the building were demolished.
